Structural lacquers
A structural lacquer often accentuates the design of a project. Unevennesses of the underground do not have to be time-consumingly reworked, as structural laquers can easily be applied even when the surface is very rough. Depending upon their texture structural lacquers are a good alternative to plastic surfaces, offering an excellent protection and having a high-quality appearance.
The soft early wood of coniferous wood is removed to a high extent by sandblasting, brushing or burning, whereas the hard late wood zones remain. The surface structure gets a relief-like look. Another method to obtain structured surfaces is the stamping procedure. The structured surfaces can be pickled and painted. |
